Indian Ring-neck

Species: bird | Category: medical-surgical | Submitted: 13 May 2009 07:32PM | viewed 11338 times
Q Hamad asks:

Hello I have a Indian Ring-neck which is 5 weeks old. I had fed it baby food in the morning and it was perfect. Then at around 3 p.m. I checked on the bird. It was very, very weak and couldn't walk or stand up and I don't know what the problem is.

Q Our vet says: You really do need to go to your local vet. It is impossible to tell you what could be wrong in this case without being able to see the bird. Birds can become very ill very quickly and I would treat this as urgent.
