Cat cough

Species: cat | Category: medical-surgical | Submitted: 24 March 2007 02:57PM | viewed 4788 times
Q Alanna asks:

My cat is about 12 years old and was throwing up this morning. Since then he has developed this cough that sounds almost like he's gagging at times. What can I do to help him?

Q Our vet says: Cats of this age can get both gastrointestinal problems and respiratory problems; it is difficult to tell from your question which type of problem your cat may have. It would be best to take your cat along to your local vet for a check up and to find out what the problem may be.
