Q Louisa asks about ROCKY (dog) :

Hi. My 17 year old staffie over these last few days is whining and howling. He won't leave my side. He has lost a lot of weight but he has started to gain his weight back now. Can you tell me, do you think he is in pain?

Q Our vet says: It would be advisable to get Rocky checked by your vet to see if he is in pain. If there is no evidence of pain, it may be age related behaviour in which case your vet can advise you on medication and diet to help him cope with the aging process.
