Seizures due to liver disease

Species: dog | Category: medical-surgical | Submitted: 28 April 2009 10:34PM | viewed 4415 times
Q Rebecca asks about tammy (dog) :

My dog had a seizure last Monday and a blood test came back that she had liver disease. She has been put on Hepatosyl. Could i feed her Hill's liver disease food as well as these? Also she was put on Ceporex due to ringworm. I'm guessing she caught this because her immune system is down. She is 11 years old. Is it OK for her to be taking this with her liver problem? Thank you Rebecca xx

Q Our vet says: I am sorry to hear about your dog. Yes, she can have the Hill's diet and it should be fine for her to take the tablets your vet has recommended for her skin.
