Unexpected Death

Species: reptile | Category: other | Submitted: 2 March 2009 08:18PM | viewed 6900 times
Q Helen asks:

My frilled dragon was a 6 year old female. She had been eating and drinking well and was looking healthy. I went to check on her only to discover she has died in the past few hours and i really don't know why. Could there be a specific reason why?

Q Our vet says: It is really difficult to say why your frilled dragon may have died. Many problems in exotic pets are caused by environmental factors or diet so you should consider these carefully. You might wish to ask your vet to examine your pet to try to find the cause of death.
